I called to see if Wooden Sun had a Kamado Joe Joe Jr grill in stock. Surprise, the answer was yes. I had been searching for a local dealer for a couple of days. Josh answered questions and invited me to come in to see the grill. I visited the store the next day and met Josh. He had the grill available and reviewed all of the features. He also was wise to remind me that buying from their store would come with service and help with any warranty claims, if ever needed. I decided on the spot to purchase the grill. Assessments
The best way to schedule service is with our on-line service form (below). If you have some questions not addressed in our Frequently Asked Questions pages, and would like a call back, indicate so in the form and someone will call you back as soon as possible, usually within one business day.
For an Assessment, one of our highly qualified technicians comes out to perform an on-site assessment and work up a detailed estimate. The advantage of this assessment is that you get a very precise estimate, and we go into the project aware of any visible quirks of your home. It clears up potential surprises and makes for a much smoother experience overall.
Wooden Sun does charge a $95 refundable fee for our Assessments, meaning that if you choose to go with the estimate we provide, then your assessment fee is taken off your final billing. So there really is no way you can lose with that!
For a free estimate, you can fill out our Home Owner’s Assessment Form, send back to us with pictures, and then we can build you a ballpark estimate for the work, and the venting components we think we’ll require.
