Your technician Josh, in addition to doing a great job checking on my corner fireplace, took the time to respond to my many questions about how I could handle potential issues. This is the third year I have used your service and will certainly continue to do so. We are very pleased with the product and service. The installation crew was professional, thorough and very courteous. I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with the service and installation. The product – Valor G4 – is absolutely great. I was a little concerned about how small the flames were when we first turned the logs on but after having used it every night since it was installed, we really like the low flame – burning embers ambiance. The heat output is beyond my expectations. Overall – a great product and a great company.

Everybody I spoke to was as helpful and friendly as I could have hoped for. I called my gas supplier first and they did not fix it properly. I found Wooden Sun accidently and I am glad I did. Josh was very knowledgeable and explained everything so that I could understand it. My gas fireplace is working fine now!
