We decided on a Valor gas insert so Jonathan came to our house in Waynesboro to see our fireplace in order to make a recommendation as far as model and size. We probably had two dozen questions and emails after we received our quote getting him to quote different configurations. I have so say that Jonathan was most patient and very responsive in getting back to us after every email. Everybody I spoke to was as helpful and friendly as I could have hoped for. I called my gas supplier first and they did not fix it properly. I found Wooden Sun accidently and I am glad I did. Josh was very knowledgeable and explained everything so that I could understand it. My gas fireplace is working fine now!
