We are very pleased with the product and service. The installation crew was professional, thorough and very courteous. I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with the service and installation. The product – Valor G4 – is absolutely great. I was a little concerned about how small the flames were when we first turned the logs on but after having used it every night since it was installed, we really like the low flame – burning embers ambiance. The heat output is beyond my expectations. Overall – a great product and a great company.

I called to see if Wooden Sun had a Kamado Joe Joe Jr grill in stock. Surprise, the answer was yes. I had been searching for a local dealer for a couple of days. Josh answered questions and invited me to come in to see the grill. I visited the store the next day and met Josh. He had the grill available and reviewed all of the features. He also was wise to remind me that buying from their store would come with service and help with any warranty claims, if ever needed. I decided on the spot to purchase the grill. From initial contact to scheduling service through completion of the call, my experience was excellent in terms of customer service, knowledge and ability to quickly diagnose and solve the problem, thoroughness in cleaning the gas insert and testing and retesting to be certain the insert worked well. I purchased a HWAM Monet last spring and was installed this summer. The installation was professional and meticulous. The HWAM stove is AMAZING!!! With the significantly colder temperatures this winter, we have not had to turn the heat on. The wood stove heats the whole living space and is VERY EFFICIENT. I’ve used wood stoves most of my adult life and never have I burned so little wood and had as much comfort as I have with my HWAM stove. Jonathan was great with ordering EXACTLY what I wanted in both stove and hearth. Kim, Jake and Blake all did an outstanding job with installation. I couldn’t be happier.

After 3 years with our HWAM stove we continue to be absolutely delighted! It is a centerpiece of our living room, with not just its warmth, but the large window into the flames. One surprise for us has been how much fireplaces have changed. The modern fireplace is truly a marvel of engineering, and HWAM is at the very forefront. You notice it by the fact that you only need to add wood every 2 hours (3 logs heat the room for 2 hours!), by the way in which the flames seem to move in slow motion, and by the very small amount of ash that remains after a whole day’s heating. In fact, often we still have enough embers in the morning to start the new fire. Finally, we have come to treasure the work that you have done in installing the fireplace. With your expert work it is so easy to start the fires. Your advice to also add a new liner to the chimney was spot on. We are delighted and thank you. All the very best of success in 2016.

Wooden Sun did an absolutely fantastic job with our fire place. They provided just the right custom frame, doors and gas logs. We went to three other companies and none of them would even provide pricing, because our installation was not cookie cutter. We needed a custom solution and Wooden Sun came through in a big way. The crew at WoodenSun is fantastic! I have been shopping for a woodstove for 2 years and was frustrated with my lack of answers until I found Wooden Sun. Their sales staff members were patient, and thoroughly explained multiple options that could work for my needs. They made a site visit to my home to help plan the project, but my plan was not approved by my neighborhood’s ARB. Subsequently, Jonathan made 2 more visits to my home- quite a way from their store to help me “re-tool” my plan. They made 3 visits to my home before the first dollar was ever exchanged! I’m sure it doesn’t normally take 3 site visits to get a project like mine planned, but they patiently stood by me when I hit a “bump in the road” with the ARB. Our stove is now installed and fully functional- wow, we are using it even more than we thought we would. I wish that I’d bought it years ago.
