Your technician Josh, in addition to doing a great job checking on my corner fireplace, took the time to respond to my many questions about how I could handle potential issues. Wooden Sun provided us with excellent customer service – they were a pleasure to work with – we would highly recommend them for wood stove troubleshooting and repairs. Great site but it cannot do justice to a visit to the showroom and a visit to the showroom cannot hold a candle to the experience of having the folks from Wooden Sun install one of their first rate products in your home.

Everybody I spoke to was as helpful and friendly as I could have hoped for. I called my gas supplier first and they did not fix it properly. I found Wooden Sun accidently and I am glad I did. Josh was very knowledgeable and explained everything so that I could understand it. My gas fireplace is working fine now!

The crew at WoodenSun is fantastic! I have been shopping for a woodstove for 2 years and was frustrated with my lack of answers until I found Wooden Sun. Their sales staff members were patient, and thoroughly explained multiple options that could work for my needs. They made a site visit to my home to help plan the project, but my plan was not approved by my neighborhood’s ARB. Subsequently, Jonathan made 2 more visits to my home- quite a way from their store to help me “re-tool” my plan. They made 3 visits to my home before the first dollar was ever exchanged! I’m sure it doesn’t normally take 3 site visits to get a project like mine planned, but they patiently stood by me when I hit a “bump in the road” with the ARB. Our stove is now installed and fully functional- wow, we are using it even more than we thought we would. I wish that I’d bought it years ago. Wooden Sun is highly recommended-you won’t be disappointed!

I always wonder what my living room will look like after the chimney is cleaned…the living room was cleaner after the service than it was before.

We decided on a Valor gas insert so Jonathan came to our house in Waynesboro to see our fireplace in order to make a recommendation as far as model and size. We probably had two dozen questions and emails after we received our quote getting him to quote different configurations. I have so say that Jonathan was most patient and very responsive in getting back to us after every email. Both Jonathan and Kim installed the unit and were at our house for a full day and did an excellent first class professional install. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wooden Sun to anyone.
