The replacement of our old non-vented gas fireplace with a new vented model went quite well. From the sales experience with Kim to the installation, also with Kim, Rosie and Josh, we were very pleased with the result. The fireplace is beautiful and was retrofitted into our existing stonework. The installation work was extensive with venting placed thru the 1st floor ceiling, into the attic and then thru the roof. Also existing stonework was cut to accommodate the appliance. Our house was spotless when they were done with barely a speck of new dust present.
