Wooden Sun did an absolutely fantastic job with our fire place. They provided just the right custom frame, doors and gas logs. We went to three other companies and none of them would even provide pricing, because our installation was not cookie cutter. We needed a custom solution and Wooden Sun came through in a big way. Kim and crew were thoroughly professional and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend Wooden Sun to anyone looking for premium fire place work at a fair price.

We are very pleased with the product and service. The installation crew was professional, thorough and very courteous. I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with the service and installation. The product – Valor G4 – is absolutely great. I was a little concerned about how small the flames were when we first turned the logs on but after having used it every night since it was installed, we really like the low flame – burning embers ambiance. The heat output is beyond my expectations. Overall – a great product and a great company.

Great site but it cannot do justice to a visit to the showroom and a visit to the showroom cannot hold a candle to the experience of having the folks from Wooden Sun install one of their first rate products in your home.

I always wonder what my living room will look like after the chimney is cleaned…the living room was cleaner after the service than it was before.

From initial contact to scheduling service through completion of the call, my experience was excellent in terms of customer service, knowledge and ability to quickly diagnose and solve the problem, thoroughness in cleaning the gas insert and testing and retesting to be certain the insert worked well. Kim was courteous and helpful in answering all of our questions and instructing us on the features of our remote control.

After 3 years with our HWAM stove we continue to be absolutely delighted! It is a centerpiece of our living room, with not just its warmth, but the large window into the flames. One surprise for us has been how much fireplaces have changed. The modern fireplace is truly a marvel of engineering, and HWAM is at the very forefront. You notice it by the fact that you only need to add wood every 2 hours (3 logs heat the room for 2 hours!), by the way in which the flames seem to move in slow motion, and by the very small amount of ash that remains after a whole day’s heating. In fact, often we still have enough embers in the morning to start the new fire. Finally, we have come to treasure the work that you have done in installing the fireplace. With your expert work it is so easy to start the fires. Your advice to also add a new liner to the chimney was spot on. We are delighted and thank you. All the very best of success in 2016.

Knowing that you were not just selling us a stove but also installing it was one of the main reasons we opted for Wooden Sun. We were also really impressed that the installation occurred over a holiday week. It was more than a pleasant surprise to get back from vacation and have a new stove ready to go, especially now that winter is definitely here.

We decided on a Valor gas insert so Jonathan came to our house in Waynesboro to see our fireplace in order to make a recommendation as far as model and size. We probably had two dozen questions and emails after we received our quote getting him to quote different configurations. I have so say that Jonathan was most patient and very responsive in getting back to us after every email. Both Jonathan and Kim installed the unit and were at our house for a full day and did an excellent first class professional install. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wooden Sun to anyone. Everybody I spoke to was as helpful and friendly as I could have hoped for. I called my gas supplier first and they did not fix it properly. I found Wooden Sun accidently and I am glad I did. Josh was very knowledgeable and explained everything so that I could understand it. My gas fireplace is working fine now!
