Wooden Sun maintains the highest standards of excellence in our installations. All of our project managers are NFI (National Fireplace Institute) certified. We meet or exceed NFI standards – generally more stringent than building codes – for our installations. As Class A contractors, we can tackle the more complex installations that other hearth retailers cannot. We stand by our work with a lifetime guarantee.

Wooden Sun warrants our installations from defects in workmanship for as long as you own the product. If any part of the venting system fails or comes loose, or any part of the appliance or product that was assembled by Wooden Sun comes loose or fails because of the way it was assembled or installed, Wooden Sun will repair, if possible, the damage and any damage caused by the defect in workmanship. This does not include damage or defects caused by the parts or the product themselves. Other manufacturer’s warranties may apply. If an individual not employed by Wooden Sun causes the failure, or if the failure was due to vandalism, general construction errors, extreme weather conditions or natural disasters, and Wooden Sun determines it is not responsible for the error, the warranty does not apply. This warranty is not transferable.
